Our Mission

CTC was envisioned by a of dedicated instructor committed to making Education in CPR as complete, thorough, and functional as possible. It has evolved into a platform for free education for individual and groups, to reach the largest possible audience globally. This passion has evolved into a desire and goal of offering education classes generally for free to the global populace reguardless of where they are in the world. CTC brings to this endeavor over a decade of training with adults, college students, and members of the business community in areas such as Engineering, Law, Math, Medical Technology, Health and Safety training (including CPR, AED, and advance classes for Remote and Rural Locations) ,

Ethics, and History

CTC opened its doors in July, 2014 with three classes, and a hand full of students. Today, CTC has over fourteen classes in areas of Diversity, Social Structure and History, and Health and Safety that have been accessed by over 20,000 students from 157 countries. It is our goal to continue to develope classes and offer them for free to global populations. Everyone deserves an education and the knowledge, and the wisdom that comes with it. CTC has received accolades from companies, and students for their classes. It is our goal to make available to each of the students a comprehensive understanding of education in as many diverse areas of learning as possible. When students leave our classes they should feel not only, comfortable with the instruction, but confident that they have the skills and knowledge that will make them successful in what ever situation they may find thenselves. CTC and its staff have worked extensively in areas of education ranging from Engineering, Law, Politics, Ethics, Business, and the staff has served as chair of several colleges, and as a campus dean. CTC (Arthur Jackson CTC) provides Diversity Training, Social Structure training, and Health and Safety Training for public and private sector organizations. CTC has more than ten years of experience educating adults at the high school and college level. Principal Arthur Jackson has taught adult learners at all education levels for more than ten years. He is a retired Engineer, Attorney, former college dean, medical technician and Certified Trainer with Medic First Aid, American Health and Safety Institute, and EMS Safety. Arthur develops and markets online classes in over one hundred sixty (160) countries. These CTC-designed classes include; Inequality in the Modern World, Food Energy and Water: Foundation Systems of Modern Society, CPR, First Aid, and Introduction to Emergencies for Lay Responders and many others.

Meet Our CEO

BSEE. / J.D. LAW
ARTHUR JACKSON
Arthur Jackson is the current CEO of Arthur Jackson CTC Inc. He has a BSEE in Electrical Engineering, and exensive work history with compnies such as Exxon, Shell, Boeing and others. He also has a Juris Doctorate in Law, with over twenty (20) years experience working with children, busineses, and comunites. Through his leadership, CTC is currently under contract to Washington State to conduct state wide training for state employees, and in contract with several partners to offer classes to Texas Schools, and populations in India. He is a former College Chair, and College Dean, Public Health Services System (PHSS) instructor for American Red Cross. He is certified by Medic First Aid as an instructor trainer for Adult, Child, and Pediatric classes in First Aid, CPR, and Automatic External Defibrillators (AEDs), and by American Safety Institute as an instructor trainer in Advance First aid, EMT preperation courses and Responder courses. He has served as Adjunct Professor with several universities, and has designed and taught courses ranging from Political Science (Wealth and Power in America), Business Law, The Legal and Ethical Environment of Business, DC Electronics, Project Management Leadership, and Legal and Ethical Decision Making. He has written and lectured on subjects involving Ethics and Global Capitalism extensively over the last several years. He is a Vietnam veteran and former member of the United States Marine Corp.
